Terms and Conditions

• It is my intention to create the most positive, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment there has ever been. As part of this program, you will have an opportunity to interact with learners from all over the world, at different levels, and from a variety of backgrounds. It is a wonderful opportunity to meet people and make friends, share your knowledge and learn from others, and express yourself creatively in a safe, non-judgmental, and highly supportive environment. I encourage your full and active participation, but will not tolerate any vibe that is unkind, of any sort, either in the live sessions or in the closed group. It should also be noted that the virtual space is reserved only for anything related to Hebrew, and not for unrelated matters such as politics, etc. I reserve the right to immediately cancel the participation of anyone who will not adhere to these guidelines, without warning, and without a refund.
• There is never a commitment in this program. You can cancel your participation at any point from within your member's area and you won't be charged again, but there will not be any partial refunds for unused segments of a specific month. If you cancel, you lose access to the live sessions, the recorded courses, the closed group, and any other promotions and bonuses granted. 
• In case I am not able to deliver a live session on a specific day for any reason, I will make sure to have an awesome substitute to take my place. However, in the rare case that a specific live session would have to be canceled unexpectedly for any reason, or if I am unable to deliver part or all of a specific session for any reason, including cases of technical difficulties or others on my end or on yours which may prevent you from attending or completing a specific session, there will not be a makeup session offered. In that case you are still more than welcome to attend any of the other sessions on that week.
• As a member, you will have access to unique and original tools and methods that I have developed over the past decade, available here for your personal use only. Any documenting, recording, copying, or sharing of any and all program-related information from within the group and/or live sessions and/or member's area and/or recorded courses is strictly forbidden.
• While I may consider creating separate groups for children in the future, for the time being, this program is only open to adult learners.
• I reserve the right to make any changes to the program, at any point.
